Nokishita Camera suggests that the Tamron 100-400 4.5-6.3 will be available after October 26th.
Pricing is yet to be determined, however the Sigma Contemporary lens of this caliber is $799, so it's unlikely it's going to be significantly above that price.
Correction: Initially we had 4.5-5.6 as the aperture range, but Tamron announced it as a 4.5-6.3
