Possible specifications of an upcoming EOS-M Camera

CanonRumors has leaked some upcoming specifications of an EOS-M camera.  Since I have been wrong alot of times dismissing implausible rumors, so I won't necessarily dismiss these specifications, however, they do confuse me greatly.

The top end speed of 12fps seems odd, considering the M6 Mark II shoots at 14fps, making me first think, oh this must be the M50 Mark II, however, the dual card slots and IBIS doesn't seem to fit well with that camera, which would fit more suitable under the "M7" or "M5 Mark II" camera.

So I'm not sure where this camera would sit, or if the specifications are more someone's guess from the R5 without knowing much about the EOS-M lineup.

Since CanonRumors themselves rate this as a CR1, I'd give this also, a pretty low rating as well.

The specifications;

  • 32mp
  • IBIS
  • DPAF II
  • New DIGIC Processor (perhaps a lesser version of DIGIC X?)
  • EVF
  • Dual SD Cards
  • 12fps
  • Full sensor width 4K up to 60p
  • 1080p at 120p
  • CLog

An M7 (or M5 Mark II) is on my Christmas wish list, so Canon, if you are listening - make it so ;)
