New information on the RF mount and Image Update
Nokishita has found out more information about the mount adapter, and it helps to clarify the RF mount.
The RF mount is NOT the EF mount and EF lenses will not be able to attach to it unless you use the adapter. But the adapter is not just your ordinary adapter, it has, according to Nokishita three different types of control rings and a drop in filter holder.
