Canon Patent application: Lenses for APS-C compact cameras

This patent application has two lenses for compact cameras that are of APS-C in size. These would have to be compact cameras because the image circle at the wide end is not 13.66mm meaning some image stretching is occuring at the wide end.  This happens occassionally in the powershot cameras.
