B&H 3 day mega sale has started

B&H has started their mega sale and there are tons of great things offered at amazing discounts during this three-day event.  A few caught my notice, but to be honest, there's something for anyone here.

Check out the main sales page here

Google Pixel 3 - save $670

It's never a bad thing to have an emergency backup phone.  I had a personal experience that showed me the value of having a backup emergency phone while traveling, and now I'll never be without one.

edelkrone FlexTILT Head 2 Pan/Tilt Camera Head - save $80

I've always wanted one of these personally, and with this great deal, I'm now picking one up for myself.

Think Tank Photo Vision 10 Shoulder Bag - save $60

Can never have enough camera bags.  Am I right?

Ruggard Optica 15 DSLR Roller V2 - Save $60

While I wouldn't recommend this for international travel and especially travel in Asia because of carryon restrictions, if you travel predominantly around the USA, or the Americas, this is a great deal on a rugged camera carryon.

MeFOTO BackPacker S Aluminum Travel Tripod - save $50

Perfect for travel.  Small and light with a 13lb load capacity.  Blue Green and Red are on sale.

How to view Japan Patent applications.

Unfortunately, there's no direct way of linking to the patent application (sad!) however, this is the easiest process to view a japan patent or application.

  1. Go to the Japan Patent Office search page.
  2. If it's a patent application (they are usually in the format of Year-Number ie: 2017-011300) then type the patent application number into the second field down from the top where it says publication of patent application.
  3. Click on search.
  4. Then click on the patent application number link, and there's the patent application!
