This "appears" like it's a Canon L lens, even with a signature red strip around the lens. However, it is not. It's not a clone of the 14mm 2.8 L original nor the 14mm 2.8 L II - so it's a wild guess to how good this lens will be. Odds are it's much cheaper than the $2100 Canon 14mm IS USM, however, the price at this time is unknown. Going by the MTF is a good starting point: Canon 14mm 2.8L II YONGNUO 14mm 2.8 It appears if Yongnuo can match the MTF's that it will have a greater resolving power around the center of the image, and tails off more to the edges than the Canon 14mm II.
