CanonNews / Tuesday, April 14, 2020 / Categories: Rumors, Canon Mirrorless Viltrox teases the release of the EF-M Prime Trio Viltrox was impacted by COVID-19, so the release of these lenses was delayed from earlier this year. It's nice to see that things are moving forward as Viltrox is now teasing that release of the APS-C 23mm, 33 and 56mm F1.4 lenses. These lenses will be available for the EOS-M, Sony E, and Fujifilm X mount cameras. Up first seems to be the 33mm F1.4 for the Fujifilm X-mount, preorders for that are starting tomorrow. There seems to be a bit of confusion if Vitrox is also releasing the Canon EOS-M and the Sony versions, but their facebook comments indicate that right now, they don't have a firm idea on when the 33mm is coming out for the EOS-M and Sony mounts. The rest of the lenses are due to be released in May. We've reached out to Viltrox for some clarification.
