CanonNews / Monday, January 20, 2020 / Categories: Rumors, Third Party New Laowa "W-Dreamer" 15mm Tilt-shift coming According to the forum website Weibo, Laowa, made by Venus Optics is set to announce a bunch of new lenses. The most intruging may be the W-Dreamer 15mm F4.5 tilt shift lens. It has quite the bubulous front element to it, which seems to indicate to me that this is a full frame 15mm tilt-shift which would be probably under 9mm for stiching. Crazy. Unfortunately, like the TS-E tilt-shift, there isn't really room for a tripod mount on the lens barrel itself to help correct for parallax while stitching with the lens. From the post, it appears as if this will be available for the EF mount (as well as the F and PL). Those choices don't make much sense, but the other lenses do seem to show some CINI lenses, so it could be just a translation issue. There also appears to be other new lenses including; 14mm F4.0 9mm F5.6 12mm T2.9 (Cini Lens) 50mm F2.8 (Mirrorless, possibly just MFT mount) The post; The first time I came to Hefei was to touch the old frog lenses that have not yet been released, such as the 14mm f / 4, 9mm f/5.6, 11mm f/4.5, and Nikon F mount 15 mm f/4.5, 12mm T2.9, etc. (PL, E, EF), M43's 50 mm f / 2.8, etc., spoiler in advance! There is also a video you can see from looking at the original post.
