While their last two lenses, the Trioplan 100mm F2.8 II and the Trioplan 35mm F2.8 II were both released with Canon RF mount natively, the rest of the lineup did not support the RF mount. This is no longer the case. Apparently given all the supply shortages, COVID, etc this was a much more difficult task than normal for Meyer Optik Görlitz. According to Timo Heinze, Managing Director Meyer Optik / OPC Optics, the process ‘took quite a bit longer than usual due to the extremely volatile economic situation (capacity bottlenecks, lack of resources, extreme price & availability fluctuations for raw materials, etc.).’ You can purchase the lenses directly from Meyer Optik Görlitz website located here and also from B&H Photovideo Deal of the Day: Lensbaby 85mm F1.8 for Canon RF and Canon EF Venus Optics releases the a 10mm F4. for RF APS-C mirrorless camera Print 2369 Tags: Canon RF Meyer Optik Görlitz More links via DPReview Related articles ICYMI: Canon RF 100mm F2.8L IS Macro Review TDP Reviews the Canon RF-S 18-150mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM Deal of the Day: Lensbaby 85mm F1.8 for Canon RF and Canon EF Canon officially announces the Canon RF 24mm F1.8 STM and the Canon RF 15-30mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM Two new Canon lenses enter certification Please enable JavaScript to view the comments powered by Disqus.blog comments powered by Disqus
