Low light 4K video test of the EOS R

Brooklyn Cyclist has released a video of the EOS R shooting 4k in very low light conditions.

He doesn't give any details about the technical aspects of ISO used throughout the video, however, it's pretty apparent that there isn't much available light in the video.
