Canon to also release a new mini-speedlight?

It seems that canon is also going to release an new small speedlight.  Nokishita has suggested that the new speedlight is 64.6x91.7x71mm and 190g, which places it around the same size and weight as the 270EX speedlight.  However it's name is curious, as it doesn't conform that much to the usual speedlight naming as it's suggested that the name is the Speedlight EL-100
