I think I'm right that this is for full frame if you want the entire fisheye image circle in the image. An image height of 11.5mm would mean that the circle radius is 11.5mm or the circle diameter, 23mm. The size of a full-frame sensor is 35mm x 24mm - which means you would see the entire circle view of the fisheye, but only in a full frame sensor. Thus I do believe this is for the Canon RF mount. The lens particulars are; Canon RF 8mm F4.0 Fisheye Focal length 8.05 F-number 4.00 Angle of view 90.07 Image height 11.40 lens length 70.43 BF 16.93 Canon Patent Application 2020-056995 Canon EOS R5 appears in Korean certification Canon RF 70-200 F2.8L IS USM Review Print 5645 Tags: RF-mount Canon RF 8mm F4.0 fisheye Related articles Canon to announce the EOS R3 New Rumor: C-LOG3 and CINI RAW Light coming to the R5 in Feburary New Rumor: Canon's 2021 lens roadmap Canon Patent Application: Some Curious RF Consumer Super-Zooms Canon RF 70-200mm F4.0L IS USM appears in certification Please enable JavaScript to view the comments powered by Disqus.blog comments powered by Disqus
