Canon Patent Application: Another patent for the Canon RF 70-300

Here is yet another patent application discussing the Canon RF 70-300.

It's certainly a very strong possibility that we will see a consumer 70-300 the same as we have such a lens for the EF mount, and it appears that Canon is looking at developing such a lens with a short backfocus, something you would not normally see in a telephoto lens.

focal length 71.53 132.28 293.70
F-number 4.16 5.18 5.83
half-field angle (degree) 16.83 9.29 4.21
Image height 21.64 21.64 21.64
Lens total length 179.52 216.99 250.81
