This patent has a slew of slower APS-C zooms, and an intriguing full frame mirrorless prime. 18-50mm 3.5-7.1 11-22mm 4.0-5.6 9-18mm 4.0-5.6 15-70mm 2.8-5.0 The curious one of the list is this: 10mm 2.8 full frame All the embodiments have short back focus and APS-C (or the one full frame) image heights. While I can't see many of them making to production, I'd certainly like to see the 9-18 in the same vien as the 11-22mm.
